Distinguished and Famous people from Dalby

🏅 Andrew McCullough

Andrew McCullough’s rugby-league career took him from Dalby to the Brisbane Broncos and State of Origin football for Queensland. He played 260 NRL matches for Brisbane before later spells with Newcastle and St George Illawarra. After announcing his retirement in 2022, he returned to the Broncos in a game-development role, with a focus on Dalby and the Toowoomba region. That return gave his hometown connection a second chapter: experience accumulated in professional football could be taken back to the communities where young players begin.
